What is the warranty and what does it cover?

How do I make a claim under warranty?

Please email us at admin@artstylesupply.com.au with a description of your issue, and photos, or video, if possible. We then identify the issue and suggest a solution in the soonest possible time. Please include your invoice number / phone number and location in the email and we will arrange a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Are your chairs compliant to Australian Standards?

What does S/L Track mean?

This relates to the length of the massage rail. Most chairs range from 105-125cm. Artstyle chairs are design to reach 135cm - 167cm offering maximum massage coverage to offer the user the Ultimate Massage Experience.

S&L Track is the modern standard for high quality massage chairs. It is the most effective design on the market. Think of the “Track” as a railroad that the massage rollers travel on, inside the backrest of the chair. The shape of the track determines how well the rollers can follow the body contours. An S&L Track mimics the natural “S” curvature of the spine and extends from the neck beyond the lower back to the underside of the glutes. This allows the rollers to maintain constant contact with your body.
